Job Description
Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
Visit customer locations to promote and demonstrate company products and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer support.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for spare parts, consumables, and after-sales business.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.
Represent the company professionally during customer meetings
