Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Gold Loan Manager to manage gold loan business operations, drive sales growth, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service while complying with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive gold loan business growth by achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage and develop a team of Gold Loan Officers and Sales Executives.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers through field visits and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure proper gold valuation, documentation, KYC verification, and loan processing as per company policies.
- Monitor loan disbursements, renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with branch operations and the credit team for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure the safety and security of pledged gold and compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business performance reports.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 25 years of experience in gold loan sales or management, preferably in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.
- Education: Any Graduate; candidates with relevant financial-sector experience preferred.
- Skills: Team management, customer acquisition, sales planning, negotiation, and communication.
- Knowledge of gold loan products, valuation procedures, KYC documentation, and loan processing is preferred.
