Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment activities and coordinate with different teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily recruitment activities.
  • Post job vacancies and screen candidate profiles.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Coordinate with team leaders regarding manpower requirements.
  • Monitor interview status, candidate selection, and joining process.
  • Maintain employee and recruitment records.
  • Prepare daily recruitment updates and reports.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic MS Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
  • Telugu and English communication skills.
