Job Description
- Assist in recruitment through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Post job openings and screen candidate resumes.
- Contact shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining dates.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and submit daily and weekly reports.
- Support employee engagement, discipline, and general HR administration.
Certifiacte will be provided after 3 months of training
