Job Description
- Store-Level Recruitment – Handle end-to-end hiring for Sales Executives, Store Managers, and frontline store staff.
- Field Recruitment – Conduct field visits, local hiring drives, walk-ins, and candidate sourcing activities.
- Candidate Sourcing – Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, references, social media, and local networks.
- Resume Screening – Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and store manpower needs.
- Interview Coordination – Schedule and coordinate interviews with Store Managers, Area Managers, Sales Head, and HR.
- Joining Follow-up – Regularly follow up with selected candidates, manage offer-to-joining conversion, and reduce dropouts.
- Manpower Planning & Coordination – Coordinate with Store Managers and Area Managers to understand vacancies, replacements, and new manpower requirements.
- Recruitment MIS – Maintain daily recruitment trackers covering sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Market Mapping – Identify local talent pools, recruitment sources, colleges, institutes, and other candidate networks in assigned territories.
- Employee Documentation & Onboarding – Support document collection, joining formalities, and onboarding of new employees.
- Attrition & Replacement Hiring – Monitor store-level attrition and ensure timely replacement of vacant positions.
- Recruitment Targets – Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines and maintain recruitment quality.
