Manage the complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Manage employee grievances and resolve workplace-related concerns professionally.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee engagement activities, training, and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
Coordinate with management on manpower planning and organizational requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
