Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead and Mentor: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of field sales representatives to achieve or exceed individual and group targets. [1, 2]
- Field Training: Conduct regular joint-sales calls, shadow team members during client visits, and provide constructive, real-time feedback. [1]
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in identifying, interviewing, and training new field sales staff to keep the territory fully staffed and productive. [1, 2]
Sales Strategy & Operations
