Job Description

We are looking for Telecallers to join our team for handling customer calls related to Tour Packages and Health Insurance.

The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with interested customers, and converting enquiries into bookings or sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

·      Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.

·      Explain Domestic & International Tour Packages.

·      Explain and promote Health Insurance Plans.

·      Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options.

·      Follow up regularly with interested customers.

·      Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

·      Maintain daily call and follow-up records.

·      Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.

·      Coordinate with the sales/operations team for customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

·      Good communication skills in Telugu & English.

·      Hindi communication will be an added advantage.

·      Freshers can apply.

·      Candidates with Telecalling, Sales, Travel or Insurance experience are preferred.

·      Should have a confident and pleasant telephone manner.

·      Basic computer knowledge is required.

·      Should be target-oriented and willing to learn.
