Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Virar West
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-centric Customer Support Executives to join our team in Virar West. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer queries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate and reliable information regarding products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM/database.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Who Can Apply?
Graduate Freshers with strong communication skills.
HSC (12th Pass) Candidates with relevant customer handling or communication aptitude.
Proficiency in English and local languages (Hindi/Marathi) is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Salary Structure
Level 1: ₹11,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Level 2: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Level 3: ₹20,001 – ₹22,000 per month
Level 4: ₹23,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Final salary offered will depend on communication proficiency, sales/support skills, and overall profile evaluation during the interview).
Shift Timings (Rotational Shifts / Fixed Options)
09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days with 1 Rotational Week Off
