Job Title: Marketing Head – Solar / Renewable Energy 

Job Description

PowerMitra is working to help homes, businesses, factories, and societies reduce electricity bills by adopting solar energy. We are looking for a creative, hungry, and responsible Marketing Head who can help us generate leads, build trust, and make solar easy to understand for customers. 

This role is not only about posting on social media. We need someone who can think, write, execute, test, and improve campaigns. 

Responsibilities 

• Create content for X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube.  
• Write captions, reels ideas, short scripts, customer messages, and campaign copy. 
• Support lead generation through WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media, and local ATL/BTL campaigns.  
• Make solar topics simple for customers: savings, ROI, subsidy, financing, and benefits.  
• Coordinate with sales team for brochures, flyers, customer follow-up messages, and creatives.  
• Help with SEO blogs, website content, and landing page copy.  
• Track campaign results and suggest improvements.  
• Support PowerMitra’s mission of clean energy adoption.  

Candidate Requirement 

• Good writing and communication skills.  
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.  
• Canva/basic design sense preferred.  
• Hands on with DaVinci Resolve will be highly preferred 
• Hindi/Hinglish content writing preferred.  
• Freshers can apply if they are creative and eager to learn.  
• Experience in marketing, content, social media, SEO, or lead generation is preferred.  
• Must be comfortable working in a startup environment.  
• Should have ownership, speed, and willingness to learn.
