Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible TV Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain LED/LCD/Smart TVs. The technician will be responsible for attending customer service calls, identifying technical issues, carrying out repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations as per assigned service calls.
• Diagnose faults in LED, LCD, Smart TVs and related components.
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
• Display/panel
• Main board
• Power supply board
• T-Con board
• Backlight
• Speaker/audio
• Wi-Fi/Bluetooth
• Software/firmware
• HDMI, USB and other input/output ports
• Perform component-level or board-level repairs where applicable.
• Replace defective parts such as panels, PCBs, LEDs, connectors, speakers, etc.
• Carry out TV installation, uninstallation, demonstration, and setup.
• Check the TV thoroughly after repair to ensure proper functioning.
• Explain the issue and repair process clearly to customers.
• Maintain proper service reports and update the status of every assigned call.
• Collect applicable service/visit charges from customers as per company policy.
• Handle spare parts and tools carefully and maintain proper records.
• Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.
• Complete assigned service calls within the required turnaround time.
• Escalate complicated or unresolved technical issues to the senior technician/service manager.
• Maintain professional behaviour and good customer relations.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of LED/LCD/Smart TV technology.
• Knowledge of electronic components and circuit boards.
• Ability to use a multimeter and other basic electronic testing tools.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of TV software and firmware.
• Ability to read basic circuit diagrams/schematics is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently at customer locations.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
• Educational QualificationITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field preferred.
• Candidates with relevant TV repair experience may also be considered.
• ExperienceFreshers: Candidates with relevant technical knowledge may be considered.
• Experienced: 1–3 years or more in TV/electronics repair and servicing preferred.
