Customer Support Executive

Role Overview

We're hiring a proactive, empathetic Customer Support Executive to be the primary point of contact for students and parents, resolving queries and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle queries/concerns via calls, WhatsApp, email & other channels
  • Share accurate info on courses, schedules, fees & technical issues
  • Coordinate with academic, sales, operations & finance teams for resolutions
  • Track pending queries to full resolution; escalate complex issues
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions and resolutions
  • Support new student onboarding and enrolment guidance
  • Collect feedback and share insights to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 1–3 years in Customer Support/Service or Academic Support (EdTech preferred)
  • Excellent English communication (mandatory); Hindi + one regional language a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, listening & problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple interactions; CRM/Google Workspace familiarity
