Relationship Manager – Insurance Sales

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Insurance sales experience is mandatory

Location: Visakhapatnam

Job Responsibilities

- Handle existing customer relationships and provide insurance-related services.

- Generate new leads and convert them into insurance business.

- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp and direct communication.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

- Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums and terms clearly.

- Follow up with leads and ensure timely policy closures.

- Generate references from existing customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

- Maintain proper customer records and follow up on renewals.

- Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales.

- Experience in an insurance company / insurance sales role is mandatory.

- Good communication skills in Telugu & English, Hindi

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.

- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
