Position: HR Executive

Job Requirements

• Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory).
• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong HR knowledge can also apply).
• Laptop: Personal laptop is mandatory.
• Location: Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna and other job portals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
• Handle employee engagement and employee relations activities.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR activities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

1. MBA in HR is compulsory.
2. Personal laptop is compulsory.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Immediate joiners preferred.
