🎯 Job PurposeThe Telecaller will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their travel/visa requirements, explaining suitable visa filing and travel services, answering basic customer queries, generating leads, following up with interested customers, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into customers.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
• 🌍 Understand the customer's requirement — Tourist Visa, Business Visa, Student Visa, Work Visa, Job/Employment-related services, etc.
• 📋 Explain the visa process, documentation requirements, estimated processing timelines, service charges and other applicable requirements clearly.
• 🗣️ Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate information based on company-approved procedures.
• 🔄 Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• 🎯 Convert genuine enquiries into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• 📝 Maintain customer information, enquiry status and follow-up records.
• 🤝 Coordinate with the Visa Processing / Documentation / Sales team for customer requirements.
• 📢 Inform customers about new visa opportunities, travel packages and recruitment/job-related openings promoted by the company.
• 🚫 Do not make false promises regarding visa approval, employment, salary or immigration decisions.
• 📊 Submit daily call and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
• 🧑‍💼 Candidate RequirementsGood English and Telugu communication skills.
• Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / WhatsApp.
• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
