Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers and dealers, explaining our products, and maintaining proper customer records.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and other business prospects.
• Explain company products such as PVC, UPVC and WPC doors, frames, windows and related products.
• Generate new sales leads through telephone calls and follow-up activities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, and existing leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team for further discussion or site visits.
• Maintain daily call records, customer details, enquiries, and follow-up status.
• Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and dealers.
• Inform customers about new products, offers, schemes, and company updates.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally and escalate technical or pricing-related issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain accurate data in Excel, CRM, ERP, or other company systems.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly telecalling reports
