Trainee Counsellor

Oak Overseas is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Counsellors to join our team. The candidate will assist students in understanding overseas education opportunities and guide them through the initial stages of the admission process.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Explain available courses, universities, and admission procedures.
• Handle student inquiries through calls and walk-ins.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Assist students with application documentation and admission processes.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth student support.
• Maintain student records and update follow-up details.
• Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Strong convincing and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn about international education.
• Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
• EligibilityAny Bachelor's or Master's degree.
