About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Representative with experience in pharma, medical, healthcare, or related field sales to join our sales team in Warangal.

In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and selling our healthcare technology and software solutions to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, medical stores, and other healthcare businesses.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, meeting healthcare professionals, explaining products, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Important: This position is specifically for candidates with a Medical Representative / Pharma Sales / Healthcare Sales background. Candidates from general IT/SaaS sales without medical or pharmaceutical sales experience are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, medical stores, and healthcare establishments.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with pharmacists, doctors, hospital administrators, clinic owners, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Introduce and explain our healthcare software solutions and their benefits to prospective customers.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and coordinate detailed demos when required.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Support customers during the onboarding and initial implementation process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions in the company's CRM/system.
• Track competitor products and market developments within the local healthcare ecosystem.
• Develop strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical businesses in the assigned territory.
• Provide regular sales reports and territory updates to the reporting manager.
• Who We Are Looking ForMandatory RequirementsPrevious experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is mandatory.
• Experience in pharma sales, medical sales, healthcare sales, or medical product promotion.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy/hospital/clinic ecosystem.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently approach and communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within Warangal and surrounding areas.

Preferred

• Existing relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, doctors, or pharmacists in Warangal.
• Experience handling a specific geographical territory.
• Experience with medical/pharma product demonstrations.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones, web applications, and software products.
