Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads at the lowest possible Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Manage landing pages, lead forms, and campaign tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Research new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and cost targets.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of campaign metrics.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
