ROLE

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling potential customers, explaining services/packages, following up with prospects and converting leads into successful sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/vendors.
• Explain services, packages and offers clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Convert interested prospects into successful sales.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle objections and queries professionally.
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
• Update leads and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the team for successful onboarding.
• Maintain professional communication with every prospect.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Comfortable making multiple calls every day.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM and computer applications.
• Hindi communication is required.
• Basic English communication will be an advantage.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, B2B Sales, Customer Support or Business Development will be preferred.
