Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
Create sales plans to increase client acquisition and retention.


Client Acquisition
Generate and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client requirements.
Present company services and solutions to potential clients.


Sales Pipeline Management
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain and track opportunities using CRM/Excel systems.
Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.


Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
Conduct training sessions to improve sales performance.


Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Maintain strong client engagement to generate repeat business and referrals.


Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Provide strategic insights to improve service offerings.

For BDM 2–7 years experience in business development or sales
