Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Executive
Location: New Ashok Nagar, Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in payroll, EPF, ESIC, and compliance management
 
About the Role:
Vaishnavi Consultancy Services is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage the payroll process for contractual employees and handle statutory compliances such as EPF, ESIC, and other labour regulations. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process monthly payroll for contractual employees.
Manage and ensure timely submission of EPF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance reports.
Maintain accurate employee records related to attendance, salary, and deductions.
Handle employee queries related to payroll and compliance.
Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for salary disbursement and documentation.
Assist in recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
Stay updated with labour laws and statutory changes.
Support audit and inspection requirements as needed.

 
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and HR/payroll software.
Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
