The Academic Counselor for Educational Organization is responsible for providing support to students in their academic pursuits towards BBA, BCOM and MBA. This role will work directly with students to help them identify and pursue educational opportunities that will further their academic goals and facilitate their admissions into Practical Eduskills courses. 

**_***Please read the following before applying:_**

- This is a 6 months contract based role.
- Remuneration is fixed salary between 20k - 28k/month based on experience and alignment + Incentive on per admission
- Incentive Structure (Overall number of students): 
	0-5 Students - No incentive
	6 - 15 Students - 1000/student
	16 - 25 Students - 1500/student
	26+ students - 2000/student
- This role requires you to be based in Pune, Maharashtra and willing to work at Kothurd Head Office 6 days a weeks. If and when required, also be willing to travel across various academic centres. 

Responsibilities: 
- Developing and implementing student-centered counseling plans 
- Advising students on academic goals and career paths 
- Maintaining accurate student records 
- Providing guidance on financial aid options 
- Connecting with prospective students over phone
- Maintain list of calling leads and track the prospects for follow-up.
- Making warm calls. Providing the students and parents with appropriate information about the courses.
- Meet your weekly/monthly qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensive way.
- Aligning the entrance Interview for students.
- Resolving admission and course related queries.
- Achieving targets set by the management.
- Coordinating with campus coordinators and forwarding leads to them.
