Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients by asking relevant questions and understanding their needs.
Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about the properties, including location, features, pricing, and availability.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture interest and encourage site visits.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with the sales team or arrange site visits.
Customer Service: Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to build trust and rapport.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients post-visit and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in pitching products/services.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to speak multiple languages (if applicable).
Passion for sales and target-driven mindset.
