Role

As the Manager- CSD & CPC you will be part of the Sales Team and will report to the Instituitional Sales Manager
The purpose of your role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with CSD / CPC Depots & Unit Run Canteens, enhancing business & Market Share. The role requires a deep understanding of the CSD/CPC Sales process, collaborative & interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth end to end transaction. The role also focuses on monitoring & ensuring a healthy business relationship between Dealers, CSD/CPC depts

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy in order to achieve targeted business volumes & market share
2. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels for timely delivery
3. Adhere to schedules of price updates at all CSD / CPC units
4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the CSD: Branding / Display / BTLs
5. Payment Collection Track: Help dealers in coordination with depot and CSD for timely payments

Academic Qualification & Experience

- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- 3 - 5 years of experience preferably in Core CSD Sector

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Good understanding of CSD / CPC Sales
- Strong liasoning skills
- Digital dexterity & analytical mindset
- Business Acumen
- Channel Management
