About the role
As a Tax Compliance Analyst you will report to the Tax Compliance Assistant Manager, supporting tax compliance and reporting activities across the regions including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Latvia. You will prepare and review tax filings, analyse tax positions, and provide insights to support business decisions. This is a cross-functional role covering a variety of Direct & Indirect Tax matters, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop your expertise in a dynamic, global environment.
Your responsibilities
- Support preparation and review of tax returns and supporting documentation.
- Review of tax returns prepared by an Outsource Partner (Big4 firm).
- Prepare and support group tax reporting into Longview.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data for tax reporting and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely tax submissions.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or tax
- 3 - 5 years of experience in tax compliance or analysis
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and reporting
- Experience in Share service centers desired
- Advanced English; other languages is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP and tax compliance software
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
