Summary:
In the role of Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This includes overseeing the integration of advanced quality methodologies and tools to enhance control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. The role focuses on driving innovation by adopting predictive and intelligent testing strategies, leveraging automation and cutting-edge testing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing frameworks and automation tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with overall project goals and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks tailored to complex software environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret testing data and drive actionable insights for quality enhancement.
- Ability to integrate continuous testing processes within DevOps pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages relevant to test automation and quality engineering.
- Capability to evaluate and adopt emerging testing technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
