Collections Manager_Prime Vishwaas -Collection_Patna
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the collections process to ensure timely recovery of dues. - Lead a team or coordinate with stakeholders to optimize collection strategies. - Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics and implement improvements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to collections. - Maintain effective communication with customers to resolve outstanding payments. - Handle escalations and complex cases in the collections process. - Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial health and reduce bad debts. - Requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Experience in banking, financial services, or related collections environment is preferred. - Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.Job role
