Sr. Field Technician NI
Your main responsibilities
- Manage and organize branch administrative functions, ensuring all financial documentation is accurately processed, securely stored, and accessible to authorized personnel in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the flow of financial and operational information between branch offices and corporate functions, ensuring accurate and timely communication to keep all parties informed of necessary updates and changes.
- Support project management tasks related to branch financial operations, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones to maintain efficiency and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Interact with field operations personnel, engineers, branch managers, and corporate executives to align administrative activities with broader strategic goals and resolve any administrative or operational issues.
- Engage with suppliers and contractors for the procurement of office supplies and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
