What would you do? " The Talent Acquisition – Sourcing professional is responsible for supporting recruitment delivery through focused sourcing activities across assigned roles, skills, and geographies. The role specializes in identifying, engaging, and building candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring demand in line with defined timelines and quality standards. The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and works closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, accurate sourcing data, and a positive candidate experience." In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.
What are we looking for? "Relevant years in Talent Acquisition sourcing or recruitment support roles, including: • Candidate sourcing and pipeline building • Profile screening and shortlisting support • Use of job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools • ATS data maintenance and reporting support • Candidate outreach and engagement activities Exposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in airline industry Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module" •Any Graduate "• Candidate sourcing and talent research • Pipeline development and management • Attention to detail and data accuracy • Time management and prioritization • Collaboration with recruiters and delivery teams • Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing best practices"
Roles and Responsibilities: •"Associate will be responsible for performing day to day task per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Create approved requisition. 2. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition 3. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool 4. Conduct external sourcing - Post job 5. Perform data mining for additional candidates 6. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods. 7. Develop list of candidates to be screened 8. Automated Candidate Screening & Assessment (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) 9. Conduct hiring manager interaction 10.
