The position / About the Job:

Order Handler - HFH

The incumbent would be responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling Standard Orders throughout the order to cash process (from customer order to Invoicing) and keep the customers updated on deliveries. The role comprises of the responsibility for the activation of the internal processes for the order execution.

In this job the Executive Order to Cash would be responsible for:

• Manage the order to cash process for Standard Orders as well as configured orders, from the order review, acceptance to invoicing (Order fulfilment, Ordering Equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).
• Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date, logistic information, regular coordination and follow up with Sales and operations for timely execution.
•  Order Acknowledge Management • Order Backlog review and follow up
• Responsible for maintaining the traceability information of the order conversion, confirmation, order fulfilment / communication with clients, billing, and proof of delivery.
• Make Invoicing plan
• Backlog and WIP maintenance.
• Claims administration.
• Coordination with cross functional teams ( Sales, Operations, Technical Support Team, Warehouse etc.)
• Complete ownership for customer communication

Who should you be?

As Order Handler - Pune HFH would work towards the Customer Order management from the point of view of ensuring the compliance to the AL Policies & SOP during Order Execution process, effectively reviewing the order recorded in ERP systems and approving it for further manufacturing/ procurement actions to initiate. Similarly, before invoicing and dispatching of the goods from AL facilities to the customer, reviewing and ensuring the compliance with respect to the completeness of the scope of supply, delivery address as per the purchase order / Contract and Classified by Alfa Laval as: Business payment realization as per the agreed payment terms and related hold points to comply 100% with the related policies. This Role Acts as an Important Check Gate for realization of Order Booking in the system and Invoicing of material to the external customer.

Knowledge / Qualification:

• BE / BTech
• Knowledge of Purchase order / Contract’s commercial terms and conditions • Basic import and export knowledge • Excellent communication skills. • ERP Knowledge • Advanced skills in MS Excel • Networking

Skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 7-10 Years of experience in Order handling
