Technical Support - CBS| Mumbai
To manage technology support activities through evaluation of system issues, monitoring of application performance and recommendation of solutions that support operational continuity.
• Provide technical and functional support for the Core Banking System (CBS) and related applications.
• Monitor application performance and system health to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, user issues, and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams for issue investigation, escalation, and resolution.
• Support application changes, enhancements, deployments, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain incident records, knowledge articles, and support documentation for effective service management.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions to improve application stability and performance.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, security requirements, and service delivery standards.
