End User Computing EUC Subject Matter Expert
Role EUC Subject Matter Expert SME Function Endpoint Health Experience Engineering Experience 6 years in enterprise EUC with 3 years in advanced scripting and endpoint management
Role Summary
We are seeking an EUC SME to lead endpoint health improvement programmes across a large device fleet The role combines deep Windows OS expertise automation engineering and the SysTrack platform to detect diagnose and remediate enduser experience issues at scale while translating technical outcomes into managementready reporting
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain automation pipelines for endpoint detection and remediation across the fleet
Administer and tune the SysTrack platform sensors health scores alarms and environmentwide settings
Build and customize SysTrack dashboards and integrate SysTrack Pulse with ServiceNow connector setup incident mapping workflow automation
Author structured test plans use cases test cases passfail criteria and validate remediations before production rollout
Execute query building package deployment and remediation at scale via Tanium and Microsoft Intune
Diagnose and resolve Windows OS issues Group Policy Kerberosauthentication services and scheduled tasks certificates and searchmemorycache
Produce executivelevel reports translating health scores alarm trends and remediation outcomes into business language
Maintain runbooks deployment records and versioncontrolled script artifacts
Required Skills
Scripting Automation
PowerShell Advanced scripting automation pipelines WPFXAML UI development PS 51 and PS 7 compatibility 3 years in enterprise environments
Regex Log Parsing Pattern matching and structured output parsing across large datasets
Windows CLI WMI gpupdate klist sc net WMICIM queries for devicestate interrogation
Data Reporting
SQL Querying endpoint management databases and telemetry sources for analysis
Power BI Excel Dashboard design DAX measures pivot tables conditional formatting executive visualization
REST APIs Consuming SysTrack Intune and Tanium APIs for automated data retrieval

Advanced administration sensor management healthscore configuration alarm tuning
Dashboard Builder widget configuration datasource mapping rolebased views
Automation deployment script actions eventdriven triggers scheduled remediation
Pulse ServiceNow integration connector setup incident mapping workflow automation
Endpoint Management
Tanium Query building package deployment remediation at scale

Security Compliance
