Team Collections Manager - Common Collections_Comm. Bank HO & Support-Recovery Branch_West Bengal
- Responsible for managing a team focused on collections and recovery activities within a banking environment. - Oversee common collections and support recovery branches to ensure timely recovery of dues. - Coordinate with branch teams located in Jalpaiguri and Siliguri to streamline collection processes. - Lead and motivate the collections team to achieve targets and maintain compliance with banking regulations. - Monitor recovery performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce non-performing assets. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve collection issues and enhance customer engagement. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to collections and recovery. - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collections performance for senior management review.Job role
