Senior Manager - Legal - Corporate - Mumbai - Lower Parel

Key Objective of the Job: 

➢ Drafting, vetting, negotiating various Agreements including Loan Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, MOUs, Letters of Engagement, Service Level Agreements, Leave and License/Lease Agreements. 

Major Deliverables:

• Review and assessment of lending products, loan journeys, and customer-facing documentation. 

• Review and negotiate co-lending partnerships and related documentation.

 • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial, vendor, customer, strategic partnership, outsourcing, technology, and other business agreements. 

• Drive legal review and documentation for new product launches and business initiatives. 

• Provide legal and regulatory advice to business and other support functions. 

• Monitor and assess changes in applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines, and industry developments, and drive implementation of necessary changes across the organization. 

• Advise on legal and regulatory matters, including RBI regulations and applicable guidelines. Develop, standardize, and update legal templates, processes, and policies. 

Educational Qualification: 

➢ LL.B/LL.M from a recognized college/university 

Desired Experience: 

➢ Relevant law firm or in-house experience as per the above.
