RM- LAS

Job Role:

 

  • Handling of Bank Assets business for the region
  • To evaluate proposals of customers to be referred to respective asset divisions of the bank
  • Training of the RM’s in KS to source business under all these asset categories
  • Maintaining Relationships along with RMs / Dealers with HNI customers of KS
  • Visiting customers along with Kotak securities RM for personal discussions and deal structuring.
  • Understanding of property related aspects (like legal title and market value of the property)
