Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in Project Execution and Project Coordination of ELV and Security Systems projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects involving IBMS, CFS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and other ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of security and ELV projects across multiple sites.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Track procurement, material deliveries, and installation activities at project sites.
• Prepare project status reports, MOMs, progress trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation activities, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Manage project documentation including BOQs, drawings, work completion reports, and handover documents.
• Support project managers in resource planning and project execution activities.
• Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Project Coordination / Project Execution of ELV and Security Systems projects.
• Strong understanding of:
  • IBMS (Integrated Building Management System)
  • CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • Access Control Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • CFS / Critical Facility Solutions
  • Networking and ELV Infrastructure
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from ELV, Building Automation, Security Systems, Smart Building, or Infrastructure project backgrounds.
• Experience working on commercial buildings, data centers, corporate offices, hospitals, airports, or industrial facilities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Location Preference

• Gurgaon/Delhi NCR-based candidates preferred.
