We are currently seeking a Solution Architect or Technical Architect (Niche or regular) - Grade 10 to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Mandatory Skills 
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
• Strong expertise in: 
o Journey Builder 
o Automation Studio 
o Email Studio 
o Contact Builder 
o Content Builder 
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript and SSJS. 
• Strong hands-on experience with SOQL and data segmentation. 
• Experience with Salesforce CRM integration. 
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts. 
• Experience in designing scalable Marketing Cloud solutions. 
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. 
• Experience leading a team or working as a technical lead. 
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator 
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist 
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant 
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer 

Good to Have 
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer or 
related certifications. 
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 - Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant 
certifications. 
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 
• Experience with enterprise-scale marketing campaigns and customer 360 implementations. 
• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools. 
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
