Company Description BIMBOSS CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is a BIM/CAD consulting company operating in India, the USA, and the UK, serving clients across architecture, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and related disciplines. The organization provides services such as quantity take-off, cost estimation, rendering, virtual reality, and shop drawings for a wide range of projects. BIMBOSS works with global clients on point scan to BIM services in road, railway, and building sectors, covering retail, healthcare, residential, and institutional projects. The team is familiar with current BIM trends as well as regional codes and standards, and consists of highly qualified professionals who manage projects from start to finish efficiently.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Ahmedabad. The intern will support business development activities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and assisting with lead generation across target sectors and geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating client databases, supporting outreach campaigns, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves assisting in preparing presentations and proposals, collaborating with internal teams to understand services and capabilities, and providing basic customer service support to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and business trends.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Candidates should possess lead generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining organized records of outreach.
• Candidates should possess market research skills, including gathering competitor and industry information and summarizing insights for decision-making.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills, focusing on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem-solving for client queries.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with CRM or databases is beneficial.
• Educational background in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred; recent graduates or final-year students are welcome.
• Interest in BIM/CAD services, infrastructure and building sectors, and willingness to learn technical concepts is an advantage.
