Customer Care Executive

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team! Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Support Executive, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:·

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information on inventory status, dispatch schedules, and other customer-related queries

Issue Resolution and Follow-up:

• Handling customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
• Proactively following up with customers to provide updates or confirmations on their queries or issues 

Record-Keeping and Collaboration:

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving 

Customer Service Excellence:

• Upholding excellent customer service standards and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty 

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email tools).

Desirable Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a customer service role (preferably in call centers or similar industries) is a plus.
• Freshers with enthusiasm to learn and grow are welcome.
