Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for 6 Months to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
• Support day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA (HR) completed
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
