Job Description – Workforce & Labour CoordinatorWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Location: Chhatral

• Role & ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and continuously build the company’s workforce and labour network.
• Arrange and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers as per production requirements.
• Ensure the required workforce is available on time and in the required numbers.
• Assign and deploy workers across different production areas as required.
• Maintain a strong database and network of local labour/workforce.
• Handle daily attendance, manpower requirements, deployment, and availability.
• Coordinate with production and management to understand daily and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Recruit and arrange additional workforce whenever required.
• Retain reliable workers and maintain good relationships with the workforce.
• Handle labour-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day workforce operations.
• Required SkillsStrong local presence and extensive labour/workforce network is a must.
• Ability to arrange manpower quickly whenever required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of shop-floor and manufacturing workforce requirements.
• Should be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling pressure.
• Basic computer and Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable with regular shop-floor movement and direct workforce interaction.
