Job Description
- Operate and manage Zoom meetings, webinars, and virtual events.
- Coordinate event planning, scheduling, and technical arrangements.
- Manage participant entry, breakout rooms, screen sharing, recordings, and live sessions.
- Lead and coordinate the event team to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor audio, video, internet connectivity, and resolve technical issues.
- Brief speakers, hosts, and team members on event flow and responsibilities.
- Ensure timely execution of events as per the schedule and client requirements.
- Prepare event reports, track attendance, and maintain session records.
