Job Description

  • Greeting clients and creating a positive office atmosphere
  • Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
  • Take Report from Client - Whether Client Satisfied / Unsatisfied with our Services
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
  • Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
  • Inward & Outward Couriers receiving & updating
  • Have Knowledge of Documents Recognitions.
  • List Required for Office Assets with proper Bills
  • Internet & Telephone Bills / Electrical Bills / Office Bldg Maintenance / Office Rent / Other Vendor Payments
  • Tour Schedule / Travel Arrangements - Tickets / Local Cab / Hotel Booking
  • Application Preparations (Excel & MS Word)
