Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers visiting the automobile showroom and understand their requirements.
  • Explain vehicle models, specifications, features, pricing, and available offers.
  • Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Generate new leads through walk-ins, telephone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Convert prospective customers into successful vehicle sales.
  • Explain finance options, insurance packages, accessories, and extended warranties.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
  • Maintain customer records and update leads in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to support satisfaction and referrals.
