Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a B2B / Industrial Sales professional with 2–3 years of experience in field sales, business

development or technical sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client

relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, meetings, references and field visits.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and product information.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and deliveries.

• Conduct client visits and product presentations as required.

• Maintain sales records and monitor market and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B, Industrial, Technical or Field Sales.

• Experience with industrial/engineering products, coatings, pipeline products or related solutions preferred.

• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pipeline, Construction or Engineering industries will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Good client relationship and business development abilities.

• Target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

• Graduate / Diploma / Engineering qualification preferred.
