Job Description

JD: 

• Manage and update client records and other modules in the CRM system.

• Handle e-commerce website orders – including order confirmation, product packaging and dispatch tracking.

• Coordinate with courier partners and maintain shipment records.

• Support inventory management and stock movement documentation.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

• Assist in general back-office operations such as documentation, filing, and vendor coordination.

• Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

• Involve in trade shows, expo, flee-market to support sales 

• Other Miscellaneous back office outside admin work 

• Tele calling to customer

• Generate lead from Indiamart etc for sales

• Offline field sales team support for Exhibition and trade shows
