Job Description
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
Identify and approach residential, commercial, and industrial solar customers.
Understand customer electricity consumption and explain suitable solar solutions and ROI.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical/site engineering team.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
Explain government subsidy, net metering, financing, and installation process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales pipeline.
Develop relationships with customers, builders, architects, industries, and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams until project execution and customer handover.
Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel and submit regular sales reports.
Identify new market opportunities and generate repeat/referral business.
