Customer Service – Back Office (Service & Sales – Chat | Non-Voice Process)

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat

• Provide accurate resolutions in writing

• Support both service & sales-related requests Requirements

• Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
