Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the position of Sales Manager – Gold Loan. The ideal candidate should have relevant gold loan sales experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through field activities and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Explain gold loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to customers.
  • Address customer queries and ensure a smooth loan application process.
  • Develop local market connections to generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer transactions.
  • Monitor sales performance and work towards business growth.
  • Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th Pass to Any Degree
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales; prior experience is mandatory.
